Education & Nonprofit Business Leader
Rose is a dynamic strategist and program practitioner with a steadfast commitment to fostering the academic and professional advancement of individuals and communities. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen ability to identify and leverage the interconnectedness of intellect, intentionality, and integrity to drive meaningful change in both the education, for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She has led strategic state, national and global workforce preparation across early childhood, K-12, and adult based education programs with prominent national nonprofit organization and school districts. In this capacity, she spearheaded the design and deployment of educational pathways and programs within the health, tech, and logistics fields, collaborated with stakeholders to create curriculum and training platforms for faculty and students, and championed student-centered success and equity initiatives at the 2nd largest community college in the US. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion from Texas Woman's University and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.

Divine grace, education, and community—these pillars encapsulate the journey that has shaped Rose into the resilient and self-assured woman she is today. At the tender age of 9, Rose faced the harsh reality of her father's incarceration, a consequence of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against her mother. Growing up without paternal guidance plunged her into a long battle with self-worth, self-esteem, and abandonment issues. The absence of her father's protection and affection left her grappling with unanswered questions, haunting her for decades and nearly obstructing her ability to enjoy or receive any semblance of progress, form friendships, or even have healthy relationships with her partners, children, and coworkers.
Driven by an innate longing to feel chosen, Rose found herself ensnared in a cycle of violence, toxicity, and abuse within relationships. Yet, amidst the trials, the ever-present comfort of God's grace, love, and mercy never waned. With unwavering determination, she fought to carve out her place in the world, to recognize her own worth, and to expose this gift of God- FREEDOM, for others to experience.
Mom & Family Life
Rose embraces the cherished role of "Momma" to three wonderful children: Jada, Joshua Jr, and Janae. Her journey as a mother has been a joyous whirlwind, filled with moments of supporting her children as they explore and cultivate their academic, musical, and athletic talents. Alongside her parental responsibilities, Rose also delights in her role as Nana to three remarkable grandsons and a beloved fur grandpup, Lucky. Above all else, Rose considers her family, and the privilege of motherhood, to be the most profound calling in her life. She wholeheartedly dedicates herself to showing up for her natural and adopted children, nurturing them with love, support, and unwavering encouragement as they navigate life's adventures.
